Warm up

  • leg check + any 4 strikes back and forth

  • Mitting = switch kick + Striking Kata C + 2 clinch knees

  • front limbs only to earn h20

Technique

  • catch a body kick then return with Striking Kata G (right hook, left hook, leg kick, jab, straight)

  • mitter backs up and return with Striking Kata B (left hooks, straight, step in jab, right hook)
