Week of Oct 19: Stick to a class schedule, eat right, plan an Altruist Ascent
Week of Oct 26: Handstands
Week of Nov 2: Sprints
Week of Nov 9: Final squat, pull up tests
Week of Nov 16: Record weight & make up any incomplete tasks
Notes
Take a picture of your midsection during week 1. Ensure it will be the same lighting, framing, and angle as you will use again in week 6. No need to show me yet until the end.
Message or tell me your calories at the end of every week so I can update the scoreboard.
I will accept ACTIVE CALORIES during your work day so long as you do an added physical element e.g. take the stairs instead of elevator, etc.
If you do not have a heart rate monitor, males will have to do (30) 1 hour workouts and females (35).
After every MMA Workout or Saturday Sweat class, mark a “star” by your name on the chalkboard so I can tally them up every week.
WARRIOR WEDNESDAY: Belt Classes on Wednesday’s ONLY will be followed by an optional 20 minute workout. Should you complete Belt Class and the workout, you will get class credit!
