A showdown vs yourself to improve your mind and body

  • One workout will be posted at a time. Upon completion, the next workout becomes unlocked.

  • There will be 4 workouts per week.

  • Each workout requires proof of completion. Some may simply be recording your time, others may require video evidence.

  • I will require some starting metrics that we can track as validity that you are improving.

    • Resting heart rate

    • Waist circumference

    • Weight

  • There will also be physical benchmarks to perform as well, as indication of your physical improvement.

  • Cost is two parts:

    1. Donation of your choosing, to help out Brian, due at the start of the Showdown.

    2. Donation of your choosing, to myself, at the end of the Showdown.

  • Lastly, should you fail to complete the four weekly workouts in a seven day period, the Showdown is IMMEDIATELY OVER.
